Consult is and What We Do<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Eugene Peterson started Advise &amp; Consult, Inc. in 2001 after being hired or\u00a0subpoenaed to appear in court as a construction expert witness. \u00a0After getting the standard court fee for his appearance he decided that if he was going to be an expert witness, he was going to do it right &#8211;
