OSHA Assist is being offered to construction clients of American International Group, Inc. (AIG) that will provide policyholders legal support and additional limits in case of a work place injury or death results in an OSHA investigation.<\/p>\n

This new program will specifically provide expanded general liability coverage that includes:<\/p>\n

– Expert legal council specializing in OSHA litigation<\/p>\n

– Legal advice to address arbitration issues directly affiliated with an OSHA investigation<\/p>\n

– Defense cost reimbursement up to a specified limit for as long as a Chartis-approved legal advocate is retained during OSHA proceedings.<\/p>\n
