OSHA publishes their own list each year, but it covers all standard violations cited for all industries. Our list is based on all standards cited by Federal OSHA using the\u00a0North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for the construction industry.<\/p>\n<p>All the standards that made the list\u00a0this year were the same as last year although some have moved up or down in the rankings. The top four this year all kept their same ranking from the previous year. The biggest drop in the rankings was the\u00a0\u00a0Toxic and Hazardous Substances (Standard No.\u00a01910.1200) for\u00a0Hazard Communication which fell from No. 5 to No.7 on the list this year. The biggest jump in the rankings was for\u00a0General Safety and Health Provisions (Standard No. 1926.20) for\u00a0General Safety and Health Provisions which moved up to No 8 on the list after being at No. 10 last year.<\/p>\n<p>Below is the list of the most cited OSHA violations for the construction industry (NAICS Code: 23 Construction) for Fiscal Year 2014 (October 2013 \u2013 September 2014).
