Conversely, in\u00a0Size Appeal of Veteran Elevated Solutions, LLC<\/em>, SBA No. SIZ-6350 (2025), OHA found that the protested company was not performing the primary and vital requirements of the contract and thus the prime contractor and the large business subcontractor should be deemed to be affiliated under the ostensible subcontractor rule.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
