{"id":906042,"date":"2026-08-25T15:50:16","date_gmt":"2026-08-25T21:50:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.myconstructionexpert.com\/blog\/?p=906042"},"modified":"2026-08-25T15:50:19","modified_gmt":"2026-08-25T21:50:19","slug":"stormwater-enforcement-construction-virginia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.myconstructionexpert.com\/blog\/stormwater-enforcement-construction-virginia\/","title":{"rendered":"Stormwater Enforcement\/Construction: Virginia Department of Environmental Quality and Carroll Site Operator Enter into Order by Consent"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Walter Wright, Jr. | <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mitchellwilliamslaw.com\/stormwater-enforcement\/construction-virginia-department-of-environmental-quality-and-carroll-site-operator-enter-into-order-by-consent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Mithcell, Williams, Selig, Gates &amp; Woodyard<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (\u201cVDEQ\u201d) and Lineberrys Logistics, LLC (\u201cLL\u201d) entered into a July 9th Order by Consent (\u201cOrder\u201d) addressing alleged violations of Virginia State Water Control Law and regulations associated with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myconstructionexpert.com\/blog\/construction-stormwater-plan\/\">stormwater construction<\/a> permitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Order provides that LL is the responsible party for construction at a site in Carrol County, Virginia.
